Development continues in the new Suviniitty residential area in Espoon keskus. More housing is being planned for the partially completed area. Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company and T2H Rakennus Oy wish to reserve plots in Suviniitty to survey the opportunities for constructing new residential buildings and a carpark.

There is 18,200 floor square metres of permitted building volume remaining on the plots.

The construction of the Suviniitty area, close to excellent transport connections and services, will continue for approximately three years. In the next few years, approximately 500 new residents will move to the area. The new daycare centre will be completed during 2020. In the future, the City Rail Link will further improve the transport connections from Espoon keskus.

The City Board’s Business and Competitiveness Subcommittee will process the reservation application at its meeting on 2 November 2020 (in Finnish).
